Transmission Line Projects Award
MDSB was recognized by MPC at the 2009 ICC Convention Central Region for its 275/132kV and 275kV transmission line projects in Shah Alam, including Double and Quadruple Circuit developments.

Tasek Simen Project Award
MDSB was recognized by the Malaysia Productivity Corporation (MPC) during the ICC Convention Central Region in 2008 for its project on the Tasek Simen, 132KV Bulk Supply to Tasek Corporation Berhad, Ipoh, Perak.

Second Runner-Up Transformer Project
MDSB achieved Top 10 Ingress Group ICC Convention for its project on the Supply, Installation, Testing, and Commissioning of a 132kV Power Transformer and Ancillary Equipment for the Ujung Pasir 132/33/11kV Substation.
2006
TNB Achievement Award
MDSB received the Achievement Award from Tenaga Nasional Berhad (TNB) for successfully completing the PMU 275/132/33/11kV Bukit Raja GIS Extension ahead of schedule in 2010/2011, as well as for excellence in Safety Management during the same period.
